Tallwood Country Club LLC

Course was in terrific condition. Greens ran quick and true. This layout requires just about every shot in your bag to play well. Pro Shop and Starter were very welcoming. Pace of play was good considering groups went off every ten minutes. We have passed this course many times on our way to other area courses. Little did we know the gem that was right in front of us. We will be back to support this fine course.

Was very upset with Tallwood's management through our 18 holes of golf. To say the the very least it was a very well maintained course though they do not cater towards young people golfing there only consider them a threat, in our limited experience. Granted we were 5 minutes late to our tee time, the marshall thought it was the end of the world and almost did not let us golf at all even though the tee box was open with no one in sight. They seemed to consider us a segregation to their course with having the marshall's delay our round of golf and constantly following us through the back nine. We haven't had babysitters in about 15 years but it felt like we were back when our parents went out to date night. I would only consider going to this course if you have greys or use a golf warm up practice stick before the first tee. It is really disappointing because golf is a dying sport among the youth and you would think they would be open in arms to have young golfers use their course. Will not be going back.

Tallwood is one of our favorite courses in the area. Great practice area, well maintained and always has great pace of play. Today they went above and beyond. Due to a scheduling area, they were unable to honor our tee time but set us at their sister course, Twin Hills, and provided us with a fantastic day of golf. Tallwood will always be one of our favorites but now we can add Twin Hills to that list also. Thanks again for everything!

Always enjoy playing this course. I was lucky enough to snag a spot in the Greenskeepers' Revenge Scramble this past weekend and had a blast. Each hole had been set up with some sort of obstacle or added challenge. My favorite was 18 where we had to draw cards to determine which club (provided) we'd hit from the tee. We played 2 wooden shafted 4 iron shots, a lefty iron shot, and a junior driver. Course was well maintained and staff is always super friendly! Great place to play 18 or join a fun tournament.
